Saw this article, "Portland anti-ICE riot crushed by federal agents", https://www.foxnews.com/person/d/michael-dorgan, and while I have no expertise in crowd or riot control I would rather see these protesters arrested then dispersed. These "protests" are not peaceful or permitted and dispersing then just means they will come back again. We are under an extraordinary internal attack and it's going to take extraordinary means to address it. I would suggest something that was abused during WWII, internment camps, but this time we're putting people in them for what they did not how they looked. You would basically be impounding them until their court date and they paid whatever price is set for their release. This threat must be removed it cannot be handled simply by response, however effective it may be.
