Read this article, "Recent graduates facing 'deteriorated' labor market as unemployment reaches highest level in years", https://www.foxbusiness.com/person/g/daniella-genovese, and can't say that I think much of the content. It's "makes" a dire prediction based on very little factual data and never once mentions the effect of government layoffs on the market. Plus, they just love the overworked term AI when actually referring to computer driven screening of candidates. Since most all of our communication is electronic these days, including resumes, why would any employer not use a screening program to narrow the candidates they interview in person, but it sounds more ominous when you blame it on AI. Also, with all of the "computer/AI" emphasis over the last few years I suspect these degrees have received a rush but without a significant improvement in the quality of graduates. Just having a degree does not make you an attractive hire, especially in the field of rapidly advancing technology where I doubt the schools are leading the way, probably barely keeping up.

I read that article;you nailed it,

having a degree means less than ever!Skills, work ethic, eagerness to learn practical, marketable,

abilities,dedication to employers

success, and get along with co-workers is and always has been

most important than degrees.

Read this story tonight, "Suspected Minnesota lawmaker assassin Vance Boelter captured", https://www.foxnews.com, and just with the information contained in the article how was this person not charged with first degree murder? Second degree, if true, does not make any sense.

President Trump stated that the Israel IDF should not target Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei . I agree.

I think that he should be turned over to the Citizens of Iran and be entitled to the same considerations as Benito Mussolini of Italy at end of WWII.

"Our Constitution allows us to commit war without guns." This paraphrase is attributed to many. And for the most part, it has been true throughout our history. But it requires that our citizens and fellow residents must observe our laws, our traditions, and honor God. We are in a time when lawbreaking is praised, traditions are broken, and by Our Actions, we dishonor God. When those foundations break down, so does our Constitution and civil society. A gunman attempts to assassinate the President. A gunman assassinates MN. Rep. Melissa Hortman and Mark Hortman and attempts to do the same to State Senator John Hoffman and Yvette Hoffman. Our Nation needs to repent and turn to God if we want peace. Weep for America. Pray for revival.

State's rights is still a thing. The Constitution gives the Fed full control over immigration, but for other issues like healthcare and education the states have power even above federal laws, according to the Bill of Rights #10. This is why marijuana is legal in many states and why the Department of Education and Medicare use money to bribe states (with the states' own money no less) into following the Fed's rules.

Saw this article, "Scientists detect mysterious radio waves coming from beneath Antarctica's ice", https://www.foxnews.com/person/b/nick-butler, and no, I'm not a scientist but I get curious anytime a "researcher" discovers something they can't explain, largely because I believe in creation and a creator, and every time man finally does understand something the myth of mystery is stripped away. In this case, they were looking for neutrinos from the edge of the universe using equipment lofted 29 miles above the earth, but "discovered" radio waves supposedly originating from under the polar ice cap. Neutrinos are mysterious high energy particles vary hard to detect and radio waves are something completely different and no where near the same energy spectrum. How did one experiment looking for one thing find something so completely different? If you're going to put out an article as speculative and incomplete as this don't you think a better explanation of believability is in order?

We spend a lot of time talkiing about arresting, charging and giving time to these idiots marching and rioting, screaming and yelling about other countries and illegaly aliens rights. The best punishment for these crimes would be to sentence them to a minimum of 2-3 years in the country they think is so much better than the USA. They do not like out laws, do not like rightful citizens, and have no reguard or respect for properties not their own to burn, wreck, and steal from. Let them live in what they decry and then apply to come "legally" back home and go through some of the agoney that many good people, applying legally to come to America, go through.

Check out the article at cardinalnews.org and you will see that Pickett is now named for Vernon Pickett a WWII Louisiana soldier. Here's the link;

https://cardinalnews.org/2025/06/13/no-trump-did-not-rename-virginia-military-bases-after-confederate-generals-heres-what-he-did-instead/

He researched the names and did it for all of them.

On today, June 14th, Flag Day, I replaced a tattered old flag with a new one and posted two flags out front of my house. Then my wife and I folded the old flag ceremoniously into a cocked hat, put it in a small cardboard box, and had a patriotic flag-burning ceremony out back. I played a CD of the National Anthem while my wife and I stood at attention, and then played some more patriotic music: "God Bless the USA", "God Bless America", and "America the Beautiful".

The renaming of several military bases are not going back to the initial Confederates but instead WWI & WWII Heroes that share the last name of the originals.

That applies to Fort Gragg and Fort Benning. The others, like Pickett, A.P. Hill, and Lee were Confederate Generals, whose names should not have been erased. (P.S., I am originally from Pennsylvania, and I grew up with no animosity toward anyone on either side of the War Between the States.)

Fort Bragg was my favorite post! 67'-70'

Fort Polk was renamed Fort Henry Johnson. Henry Johnson from Albany, NY was a true war hero and he did or does need recognition his story is just eye watering.

Now I hear it's going to go back to Polk. Henry Johnson does really deserve recognition how or where????
